Natasha-Moore Howell is a native of Martin County, Kentucky. She attended Eastern Kentucky University and holds an associate degree in general health studies. She is a passionate environmentalist, who has been involved with Kentucky State Parks since 2015. Her focal point is to promote sustainable development in Appalachian communities, while also preserving its deep-rooted heritage. Natasha works closely with other LiKENeers, public leaders, and Martin County residents to improve water quality and affordability to all regions of Appalachia and surrounding regions. She also desires to lead a movement that brings the farming and food worlds together to improve sustainability while helping family farmers who are the base of the food chain.
